But most importantly its J-rods birthday (my best brother ever)

NOW that you're thirty... you CAN...

1. take the net down around the tramp

2. do 30 jumping jacks WITHOUT taking a break

3. hang on the basketball rim/net as long as you want

4. 'walk the dog' with a yo-yo 

5. count to 30 forwards and backwards

6. wash your car on your OWN

7. jump and do flips on your bed and not get in trouble for it

8. have nerf wars before chores

9. not share ANY micro machines with ANYONE!

10. Eat your BIRTHDAY CAKE ...WITH silverware
